Join Jordan Bennett and myself on March 28-30 at Bennetts Customs for a killer weekend of metal working! The cost includes your own Hammer Jammer Machine! BBQ on Thursday and Lunch is provided Fri/Sat. There is NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

THURDAY - BBQ 6pm
Thursday evening will kick us off with a BBQ and some cold beverages and will give us a chance to get to know everyone. We will talk about the weekend and hear about your projects and some of the areas you would like to improve!
 
FRIDAY - TOOL BUILD 8am-5pm

Friday, we are assembling the "Hammer Jammers" This is the profile tool builders kit we sell on our site. The idea is that we all build these tools together first. We will gain an understanding of how the tool works and what is required to make successfull dies or tooling for the machine. Everyone should have a chance to make their own custom profile dies for their own machine. (if you are not confident in welding, no worries! We can help you or do that for you) 
 
SATURDAY - BASICS CLASS 8am-5pm
Come a bit early for some coffee and donuts! (7:30am) 
Saturday is a full day of metal shaping. We will demistify demonstrate tuck shrinking in a stump by hand, heat shrinking, hammer and dolley techniques, paper patterns, as well as touch on the english wheel, planishing and power hammers. I would like each student to make a panel using these tools and techniques. 
 
There is some flexability with the course if there is something you would like to focus on, we will try and accomodate you!
