This is everything you need to build a single arm off of your Mother Tucker Stump. Just add your 24" "hitch tube"(common  2.5" x 2.5"  .238" wall thickness) and brace back to your stump with the 4 hole plate.  You can use what you have.  We like 2x2 square tube. 1/8" wall
